HALO PTX provides a converged service which can involve (solution dependent), a number of device types, access to software modules (such as dispatch), always on communications (which are roaming, not anchored in one location), data capture (such as video or location) and the transfer of data into and storage in the cloud (for evidence management). The service also involves process design and system set up so that the service is a seamless and quick experience for the end-user, as well as consideration for cyber security, GDPR, risk management, system compatibility and administration. It is a lot to consider if you are trying to set this up yourself.
